Happy Lunar New Year!!! This is the Year of the Tiger year. The Tiger, an animal said to represent strength and courage. The Southern Oaks Library is celebrating the New Year with a paper Firecracker craft and we will have a background set up for pictures. A table will be set up for customers to make a quick craft that will help celelbrate this wonderful holiday. Take pictures while your here.
