Explore the library and learn about famous works of art with this fun scavenger hunt!

Step into a living display of transformation! Visit our side-by-side tanks all summer long as we explore the beauty of nature and color in motion. One tank features tiny caterpillars growing and changing into vibrant butterflies.

Teen volunteers at the Bethany Library painted all kinds of things on the windows in the children's area! What will you find? Locate every item listed on the sheet and return to the desk for a prize!

During June & July, come to the Creation Station to take part in collaborative art projects and other ways to color our world!

Activities will rotate throughout the summer.

Take home a new kit every week to learn about a new artist and get inspiration for your own creations!

Come by the Luther Library every week of Summer Reading for a unique arts themed craft! Drawing on natural inspiration can lead to some amazing works of art. What colors, shapes, and features can you add to your own turtle or tortoise shell?

Color your world this summer by creating your own one-of-a-kind spinning top! You'll be able to experiment with different color combinations and patterns as you explore the magic of color. All supplies except for markers/crayons are included.

This take-home kit includes everything you need to design and decorate your own unique bookmarks. You'll use foam and scratch art to add a splash of color to your next great read!

Create a torn paper collage inspired by artist Edgar Heap of Birds' Neuf painting series. Rip colorful paper into jagged pieces to create shapes like mountain peaks, rocky canyons, and tree leaves.

Color Our World when you come to the Northwest Library in June! Stop by the table near the Info, color and decorate one popsicle stick. These will be assembled in a collage to create a piece of Community Art!

Come join Ralph Ellison Library for an educational scavenger hunt about OKC metro landmarks! Find all the pictures of the landmarks hidden around the library and you can earn a prize!
