Winter is a gray time, come to the library and help add some color to our space! Stop by and color a popsicle stick or two. A librarian will arrange everyone's into a work of art to hang on the wall.

Hiding inside until it gets warm again? We can help wile away those winter hours!  Bring your gently used puzzle(s) to the library and take home a cozy "new" one to enjoy fireside on snow days or frigid afternoons.

Color Quest is a coloring contest for kids ages 3 - 18. Whether you're just starting to scribble or you're experenced, this is your chance to show off your coloring skills.

Who are you today? Explore color, texture, and self-expression at our Identity Collage Station in the children's area. Use a variety of mixed materials to build a textured self-portrait that reflects who you are or who you want to be.

How does our world shape us, and how do we shape the landscape? Artist Irmgard Guel combines paint and fiber to reveal depth, texture, and perspective, showing that the whole can be greater than its parts.

It can be difficult to take a moment to stop, slow down, and focus on something that’s good for our well-being. Pick up one of our monthly mindfulness journals filled with prompts to help you focus on your mental health! 

Pages & Prose Parcel is a four-month library book box subscription service geared toward children ages 8 – 14. Children up to age 18 may sign up, but the highest reading level of books selected will be Junior Nonfiction or Juncior Fiction.
