The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.
Ikebana is the centuries-old Japanese art of arranging flowers. Learn about the history and culture of ikebana, and make your own mini ikebana arrangement with this take-home kit.
