We have yarn and needles, and we're ready to knit! We will start with the basics and learn to knit together. Shown to reduce stress and foster a sense of calm, knitting serves as a creative outlet and can aid us in building healthy community.
Join us monthly to learn new skills that will build mindfulness and lead to deeper relaxation during your “me” hours.
Wear your silliest, goofiest, most creative hat to the library! A prize will be given to the most unique hat of the night. We'll have craft stations setup for DIY hats, headbands, and hair accessories.
