Raqs sharqi, or bellydance as it is referred to in the West, is a dance style that comes from the Middle East.  This low-impact class will teach basic bellydance steps to get you moving and grooving. 

This interactive workshop explores how to communicate more effectively with healthcare professionals.  The presenters will cover the gifts and challenges of the medical system as well as teach the team approach to providing overall care.&nbsp

There's so much to see and so much to explore! Join us as we get out in nature, get our hands dirty, and explore the world around us through hands-on nature-based activities.

Children ages 1-18 are invited to enjoy a meal from 12-2 p.m. at Ralph Ellison Library.

Meals are provided by Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Summer Feeding Program.

Exercise while having fun! Let's learn to line dance at the library. Learn basic, and advanced dance steps with dance instruction Gene Fowler. Enjoy a social activity, and get great exercise. No experience necessary.

Come as a family and make a set of forest windchimes! 

This program will be happening at the Lilyfield South OKC location, just down the street from the Wright library. Don't forget to swing by the library after the program. 

Learn what foods power your body to stay strong and play all day! You'll get to build your own adventure snack pack after a presentation from a child nutrition professional. Ages 5-12. Guardians welcome.

Immerse yourself in the world of wizardry this summer at your library! Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is establishing a satellite campus at the Del City Library and we would like you to sign up for our week of courses!

Join us after school for a chance to read to a loving therapy dog! Our sweet furry friends like nothing more than to listen to children read books. Check in anytime between 3:30 - 4:15 pm for an opportunity to read or just pet your furry friend.

Take a break! Join us to meet new friends or spend time as a family playing together. Playing tabletop games helps to build skills such as: problem solving, teamwork, spatial reasoning, and communication.

Come join us for chess club here at the Edmond library. Casual play from 4:30 pm -5:30pm. Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday. Beginners welcome!

Prepare for the U.S. Citizenship process in this class made possibly by Community Literacy Centers. This class meets every Wednesday from 4:30-6:30pm.
