The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and sprit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.

Do you need one-on-one computer assistance with job applications, creating a resume, or finding out about other Goodwill training opportunities? Come to the Goodwill Mobile Technology van, and get some assistance.
Kids will create a fun and easy piece of stained glass out of a paper towel. They will dye the towel using water & food coloring, cut out a design, and then glue it together to have a stained-glass effect.
Participants will learn how to "paint" with wool using needle felting. Follow along with Darci Lenker from Oklahoma Contemporary for step-by-step instructions!
