Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

Cool Off with Fresh Fruit: Freezing & Dehydrating
Our OSU Extension presenter will teach participants how to preserve fresh summer fruits by freezing and dehydrating. Participants will enjoy an optional taste test of samples of frozen fruit smoothies and dehydrated fruit leather.

Participants will learn a variety of basic embroidery stitches from Darci Lenker of Oklahoma Contemporary. Follow along with step-by-step instructions and a pattern, or create your own!
