Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

Step into the world of forensic osteology and uncover the secrets hidden in bone. In this hands-on experience, each table receives a mystery case to investigate using high-quality replica skulls cast from real homicides, accidents, and suicides.

Come join us as we turn simple-looking paper strips into beautiful art by paper quilling. Paper quilling involves rolling, looping, curling and shaping paper strips and then combining them to create designs.
