Walk with Ease is designed for people interested in walking in groups. Sessions begin with a short discussion important to successful walking or arthritis management.

The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. The class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks.
