Program Description

Event Description

Practice makes perfect in sports, and the same is true in school. Research has shown that the best way for children to improve their reading, math, and science reasoning skills is through practice. Children are invited to practice reading with one of our volunteers or to get help on their homework. Parents or caregivers may sign their children up 30 minutes before the program starts. This is a recurring event and takes place on Tuesdays during the school year. Call the library to inquire about scheduling during school vacations and school closures. This event is held at multiple libraries.
