For many cultures, food is not just life sustaining but also at the core of their cultural identities and practices. Join Chef Nico Albert of Burning Cedar Indigenous Foods to learn about traditional Indigenous foods, the winding history of food in Indigenous cultures, and why food sovereignty is so important for continued cultural health.
