This Intermediate class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
This is a recurring event. Participants of the class have completed Beginners' Tai Chi instruction. If the class is full and you are interested in future classes, please put your name on the waiting list.
