Take some time to relax and have fun with Yoga for Kids! During this Zoom yoga class, Taylor Conner, OSU Extension Educator, will offer a variety of techniques and exercises to help kids relax and calm their minds, as well as build strength, increase flexibility, and improve coordination. With poses like cow, cat, and camel, we’ll work our way and imagination through some fun yoga poses.
This program will held online through Zoom. Participants will receive a link a few days prior to the program to join us.
