Come play with us on Way Fun Wednesdays!

Playing with your baby or toddler is not only important for bonding but is also an educational experience for your child. We are providing a special time for you to come to the library and spend one-on-one time playing with your little one.

Calling all Toddlers, ages 1 to 3, and their caregivers! What will be going on at the library today? Something exciting just for you!

Join us for Wiggly Wednesday — a joyful, high-energy program where little ones can sing, move, and play! We’ll share songs, stories, and puppet friends in a highly interactive session designed to spark imagination and connection.

Join us  as we read stories, sing songs, play, and move and groove. Littles will naturally gain pre literacy skills as they have fun. Caretakers will have the opportunity to connect with other adults.

Bring your own project and materials and knit, crochet, or sew your way through the afternoon with members of the community who share your enthusiasm for crafts. All types of fiber arts welcome!

Practice makes perfect in sports, and the same is true in school. Research has shown that the best way for children to improve their reading, math, and science reasoning skills is through practice.

Children ages 4-18 are invited to enjoy an afterschool snack/meal from 3:30-5:00 pm at Ralph Ellison Library. 

Dive into an ocean of creativity and explore the wonders of the ocean through hands-on fun. Kids will create their own colorful coral reef craft and investigate ocean-themed sensory bins filled with textures, treasures, and surprises.

Do you want to be one of the best Pokémon trainers? Come meet other fans and bring your Pokémon cards to partake in some old school card trading and battling among other Pokémon-related activities.

Enjoy a tasty meal provided by the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, then get creative with exciting Arts & Crafts. Each week brings a new activity, so there's always something fun to do while spending time with friends.
