Calling all homeschoolers! Join us as we get together to hang out with other homeschool kids and teens to connect. We will play socializing games, discover new books, play games, make crafts, and more!

Want to be a more confident reader? Build "pawsitive" self-esteem and improve your reading skills while reading aloud to certified therapy dogs at the library.

Join us for Imagine Lab at the Belle Isle Library! Each week, kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade will take part in a new activity designed to spark creativity and encourage learning.

Come build with us! We supply the bricks and you supply the imagination! This is a recurring event that takes place on the first Tuesday of each month at the Midwest City Library. Similar events take place at other locations.

This program has 2 sessions. Please register for either 6-6:30 pm OR 6:30-7 pm. Each reader must be registered individually.

Try your luck at Bingo! Join us for an evening of community fun and a chance to win new books or Metropolitan Library System branded items. Bingo Night is a free event and all ages are welcome. 

Join us for a storytime at your neighborhood library! Practice early literacy skills through games, crafts and observations.

Bring your own project and materials and knit, crochet, or sew your way through the afternoon with members of the community who share your enthusiasm for crafts. All types of fiber arts welcome!

Children ages 4-18 are invited to enjoy an afterschool snack/meal from 3:30-5:00 pm at Ralph Ellison Library.

Enjoy a tasty meal provided by the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, then get creative with exciting Arts & Crafts. Each week brings a new activity, so there's always something fun to do while spending time with friends.

Using a giant toothbrush, fun props, and volunteers from the audience, Captain Supertooth presents a lively 25-minute program inspiring kids to be superheroes to their teeth!

Take a break! Join us to meet new friends or spend time as a family playing together. Playing tabletop games helps to build skills such as: problem solving, teamwork, spatial reasoning, and communication.
