SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls.

Join us for a creative program series exploring the art of bead weaving.  Using colorful seed beads and simple weaving techniques, you'll create your own one-of-a-kind piece of art.

Join us as we read stories, sing songs, play, and move and groove. Littles will naturally gain pre literacy skills as they have fun. Caretakers will have the opportunity to connect with other adults. And magical experiences will be had by all.
