Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

You have learned the basic steps of starting your podcast, now what do you do? 

Learn the basics of becoming a U.S. Citizen! The Southern Oaks Public Library is partnering with Community Literary Centers to provide free weekly classes that explore the steps of the naturalization process.

Playing with your baby or toddler is not only important for bonding but is also an educational experience for your child. We are providing a special time for you to come to the library and spend one-on-one time playing with your little one.

Join us every Monday and Friday that the library is open down in the first floor atrium. We have fantastic volunteer pianists playing our baby grand piano.

Need a place to play games with friends, work on your computer, or just visit? Join us for Community Room time every Wednesday from 1-3.

Come enjoy some Fitness Fun with our teachers from the YMCA as they lead a class full of fun and movement. We will play games that work on coordination, strength, balance, and more. Parents are welcome to participate too!

Please come and celebrate Native American Heritage Month with us by enjoying Choctaw social dancing. A dance group from the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma will be presenting traditional styles of Choctaw dance in the Downtown Library atrium.
