Join us every week for Tots Thursdays! Each week is filled with exciting activities designed to stimulate your child’s development while having a blast! Every month, we rotate through four themes:

Does your family speak Portuguese or are you interested in hearing a Portuguese storytime? Bring your family to a storytime where Portuguese will be the language spoken and books will be read in Portuguese. 

Add some sparkle to your favorite book! Join us for Book Bedazzling, where teens and adults can decorate book covers with rhinestone gems and transform a beloved book into a sparkly masterpiece.

Whether you're a poetry lover or feel like you don't quite "get" poetry, this session is for you.

Do you love to read and discuss books, but prefer to choose your own titles to read? If so, our book club is for you! Each month, we randomly select a different genre (e.g.

Calling all junior librarians! Learn the Dewey Decimal System, explore our databases, talk about new books, create library displays, and help us decorate the children's area of the library.

Join us after school for something fun to do and hands-on projects! Connect with others while learning about tech, art, reading, your community, life-skills, and more.

Boost your child's reading skills with Rocket Readers (ages 5-12)! This is an in-person event where your child can practice reading and comprehension skills one-on-one with volunteers.

Want to be a more confident reader? Build "pawsitive" self-esteem and improve your reading skills while reading aloud to certified therapy dogs at the library.

Come get a "Picture a Poem" take home kit and let's work on it together at this event! In this kit, we'll celebrate Poetry Month by experiencing a poem in a different way!
