Event Description

Reserve your copy of How to Catch an Elf by Adam Wallace or click on the green rectangle on the right side of the registration page to read-along with it in Hoopla Digital, then create your own trap! Catching elves is no easy task-you need more than candy canes and ribbons; you'll need the perfect trap with precise calculations and proper engineering. This kit will contain materials to get you started; you may also want to use tape, a glue stick, scissors or markers. If you need inspiration, HOW to Build an Elf Trap can help! Follow the link below to Hoopla Digital to find a resource with 12 traps and step-by-step instructions sure to lure in your elf, plus some yummy elf recipes to give you energy while you patiently wait. https://www.hoopladigital.com/title/12162698

Each family may have up to 3 kits, but please register each individually. Kits can be picked up at Northwest Library from Wednesday, December 8th, through Saturday, December 11th. Registered customers must pick up kits by Saturday at 5:00 PM or call the library at (405) 231-8650 to make alternate pick up arrangements, as any remaining kits will be made available to waitlisted customers on Sunday.
