Exercise your mind and body with our adult Walk and Book Talk Discussion. Step away from the screen and begin walking as a healthy way to start your day! Relax your mind as you walk and explore nature along the walking trail, and enjoy a lively outdoor discussion of books. Wear comfortable shoes for safety. We will meet at the library butterfly garden!
Bottled water will be provided.
