Program Description

Event Description

Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere. This 12-week class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body,
and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. To register, please call Central OHAI at 405-271-6424 or email at CentralOHAI@ouhsc.edu.
