Come and bring a craft you're working on and collaborate or share your experience with other like minded crafters.  This is a space to learn, grow, and meet other crafters.

Slow Flow Vinyasa is a yoga class that emphasizes a gentle, slower-paced practice suitable for all levels, including beginners. Expect to flow from one pose to the next, guided by your breath, in a slow and deliberate manner.

Let the stress of the day melt away by joining us for sunset yoga. This class is a combination of meditation and gentle, restorative movements. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
