Understanding Lactose Intolerance

Did you know that many people cannot eat dairy products such as cheese, milk, and ice cream because they contain a sugar called lactose? Many people can’t digest this sugar.

The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.
