Add a splash of color to your summer reading adventure and join us as we explore the vibrant world of Choctaw beadwork. In this program, you will learn about the significance of beading in Choctaw culture.

Have an idea for a comic, but not sure where to start? This program will show the steps of designing characters, writing scripts with strong beats, and laying out pages, everything you need to know to get your comic started. 

Participants will learn how to "paint" with wool using needle felting. Follow along with Darci Lenker from Oklahoma Contemporary for step-by-step instructions!

Eric of Literati Press and JEO Creations is leading a discussion and workshop on how to draw and render “Dynamic Anatomy” as influenced by masters such as Burne Hogarth, Tim Sale, Jack Kirby, Mark Silvestri and more!

Join us for a relaxing Dried Flower Art session! Learn to create beautiful artwork using preserved flowers. All materials provided—no experience needed!

Join us this summer for a colorful adventure as we explore the wonders of rocks and colors! In this interactive program, kids will craft exciting rock creations and uncover hidden treasures.

Welcome to a special story time brought to you by KAPWA OKC. Your little one will hear a story from the Philippines about the colorful Vinta boats and make their very own mosaic painting of the boats to take home. 

Join Science Museum Oklahoma for discussion and hands-on demonstration to explore how color informs emotion and narrative.

Do you love art or photography? Join OKC Museum of Art as they lead participants in a craft related to the museum's collection.  Supplies will be provided.  For kids ages 5-12.
