The Ralph Ellison Library will bring a 30-40 minute presentation to the staff and families who use Sunbeam Family Services. I will discuss the importance of reading to your child and early literacy.

Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible you are - Tai Chi is designed for people of all levels of health.
