Join us at the Choctaw library and learn how to create and care for a sourdough starter, plus ways to use it in baking beyond just making loaves!

Due to a change in the schedule for Miss Ginger this month, we will have playtime today. 

Interested in knitting or learning how to knit?

Bring your own quilting or other project and get a chance to work on it with like-minded people. They'll even offer advice if asked. Be sure to check out a quilting book from our collection!

Bring your own project and materials and knit, crochet, or sew your way through the afternoon with members of the community who share your enthusiasm for crafts. All types of fiber arts welcome!

Join us for a couple hours of painting and relaxation! We'll be guided through a step-by-step video tutorial by an artist to paint a masterpiece while we chat and enjoy some light refreshments. 

Teens, join us and learn acrylic painting techniques! This month, we will be painting a a little bird hiding in an apple tree. You will leave with a completed painting.

Let's celebrate Native American Heritage Month! Educators from Red Earth will teach kids ages 5 and up to make cornhusk dolls of their own to take home. Come-and-go event, while supplies last. 

Masquerade! Paper faces on parade! Embrace the Phantom of the Opera by joining us to make paper masquerade masks. For teens in grades 6 - 12. All supplies provided.

Kids and Teens, please join us in painting tiny canvasses on tiny easels!!! Show us your creativity! (This is a fun craft and can be messy.)

Are you an adult who enjoys coloring? Have a nice social visit with other adults and bring your coloring supplies! We will also have some coloring sheets and art supplies available. 

Join us for Chalk the Walk at Almonte Library — a colorful, creative event where kids can turn the sidewalks into a vibrant gallery of chalk art! We'll bring the chalk - you just bring your imagination and get ready to draw, doodle, and decorate.

Join us every other Monday for an array of after-school activities. School-aged children and teens only!

Join us for Imagine Lab at the Belle Isle Library! Each week, kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade will take part in a new activity designed to spark creativity and encourage learning.

Enjoy a tasty meal provided by the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, then get creative with exciting Arts & Crafts. Each week brings a new activity, so there's always something fun to do while spending time with friends.
