Classroom A (Downtown)

Room reservation rates are $10/hour.
All events must be free and open to the public. No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include set up and clean up time and you are responsible for set up and clean up of the room.
Room includes a projector, projector screen, and dry-erase board. You may also request use of an American flag, Oklahoma flag, and/or podium. Please note that this library may only have one of some of these items, so the first group who requests equipment will receive usage of it.
AV equipment must be requested at the time of reservation. Training will be provided in advance, if needed. Otherwise, the group will be responsible for providing a person to operate the equipment.

The library offers up to:
- 25 rectangular tables
- 101 chairs
Recommended room capacities:
- 24 in audience style
- 12 in classroom style
- 12 in U-shaped conference style
- 12 in square-shaped conference style
Please note that this library has a limited number of tables and chairs, which are available on a first come, first served basis.
