Room reservation rate is $10/hour.
You can book available times for this month and the following month.
No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include setup and cleanup time.
EQUIPMENT
Room includes a sink, a dry erase board, a projector, a screen, and a panel-controlled sound system. You may also request a podium. The lights in the room can be dimmed.
Your group is responsible for operating any requested AV equipment.
Seating
Maximum room capacities:
- 60 with chairs only
- 24 in classroom seating (2 chairs per table)
- 16 in U-conference seating
- 24 in square conference seating
