Meeting Room A (Del City)

Room reservation rates are $10/hour.
All events must be free and open to the public. No personal events, like baby showers or birthday parties, are allowed.
Your reservation time must include set up and clean up time and you are responsible for set up and clean up of the room.
Room includes a sink, dry-erase board, a projector, a screen, and a panel-controlled sound system. The lights in the room can be dimmed, and you may also request a podium. Please note that the library only has one podium, so it will go to the first group that requests it.
AV equipment must be requested at the time of reservation. Training will be provided in advance, if needed. Otherwise, the group will be responsible for providing a person to operate the equipment.

The library offers up to:
- 31 rectangular tables
- 90 chairs
Recommended room setups:
- 30 in audience seating
- 16 in classroom seating
- 14 in U-conference style
- 16 in square conference style
Please note that this library has a limited number of tables and chairs, which are available on a first come, first served basis.
