Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere.

This introductory class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Registration closes 02/04/2020 and you must attend the first two sessions to be enrolled in the class. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere.
