Program Description

Event Description

Join us as we welcome back SNAPOLOGY of Bethany for a 4-day Spring Break Robotics Camp with kids ages 7-12!

Please register each child individually. This is a series, so your registration (or cancellation) applies for all four days.

Day 4: Home Safety

Sensors are an increasingly important aspect of modern inventions. From use in cars to help with parking, and even driving, to faucets that turn on when hands are present, sensors are helping to make common items even easier to use. Today students will learn about motion sensors, and then create their own invention with them.

7 is the minimum age set by the outside presenter, no exceptions.  Parents with younger children are welcome to take their younger children out into the library, but they do need to stay in the building.  They may also bring a quiet activity for their younger child to do with the parent off to the side of the program.
