Program Description

Event Description

Have you ever wondered how Nightmare Before Christmas or Coraline were made? It's Stop Motion Animation! Come join us to learn how to make your very own movie! We will have a brief course on how it started and how to use the technology you have in your pockets to start your cinematic journey. It will be a two-day event, with plenty of time to shoot your 30-60 second movie and ask any questions as you work. At the end of the second day, we will have a grand premiere and show off your film.

Ages 12-18 ONLY. Registration is required, and registers participants for BOTH days. Weather permitting, participants may choose to work outside under the supervision of a staff member.

Participants must bring an iPhone or Android phone to make their animations.
