Join us for all level Yoga classes taught by a certified yoga instructor. Yoga has numerous benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved muscle strength, increased blood flow, better posture, balance, and more! Learn about deep breathing and full body stretching to unite body and mind and promote relaxation. Improve your physical, mental, and emotional health through these Yoga classes.  A yoga mat is recommended. Registration is required for each class.
