Skip the gym and dance to get slim in the new year! This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and features dance numbers choreographed by an instructor. You don't need to be a great dancer to feel welcome. Work at your own pace and most importantly enjoy yourself. Come dance with us!
This class meets on Monday evenings for 8 weeks. Participants must be able to attend all 8 sessions. Registration required. Participants are encouraged to bring a towel and water.
