Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance or fitness is critical for staying active reducing risk falls.

Improve your reading and other basic skills in this class made possible by Community Literacy Centers. This class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-11:30am.
Visit us for a little "caffeination", conversation and education! At this come-and-go event you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with friends, and we'll be there to answer questions about library services and events. There will also be a selection of new materials for you to peruse and check out.
Join us in the Creation Station to learn about any current events in the city council or state legislature. There will even have more information about our new library opening at the end of 2023!

The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Participants of the class must complete Beginners' Tai Chi instruction.
