The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Participants of the class must complete Beginners' Tai Chi instruction.

"Strokes can happen to anyone, at any age." In fact, globally about one in four adults over the age of twenty-five (25) will have a stroke in their lifetime. Most adults in the U.S.

New members are always welcome! Stop by the Information Service Desk to pick up our current book selection. Our meetings are recurring and take place the second Tuesday of each month.

Ready, Set,...Chess! Come and join us for an evening of chess. All skill levels ages 10 and up are welcome! Come if you are interested in learning how to play or if you are looking for a fun competitive game.
