The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful.

Each person has a money personality that influences their spending and saving decisions. Learn how to recognize negative financial habits and attitudes and change them into productive ones.

This 4 week series will teach you how to make knit caps using a loom. The completed caps may be donated to the Infant Crisis Center.  The loom and needle supplies are yours to keep!
