Book Bans are happening all around the country, but why? What in these books are so concerning? Let's read and discuss! All adults are welcome, whether you are a parent or not. 

Take a break and relax at the library at our Adult Coloring Hour. Enjoy a calm, welcoming space to color, unwind, and connect with others while listening to relaxing Lo-Fi tunes. No experience needed.

Improve your reading and other basic skills in this class made possible by Community Literacy Centers. This class meets every Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 am-12:00 pm.

Playing with your baby or toddler is not only important for bonding but is also an educational experience for your child. We are providing a special time for you to come to the library and spend one-on-one time playing with your little one.

Mind full or mindful? Learn how saying “thanks” can make you a better student and happier person. We will go through the basics of mindful meditation and make a gratitude journal to take home!

This class, led by Mason Huddleston, Urban Agriculture and Natural Resources Educator for the OSU Extension, will walk you through the essentials of composting at home.

Have you always wanted to learn how to cook, but getting out those big pots and pans just isn't it? No one wants to have to do all those dishes all the time!

Join us for a fun Saturday afternoon of exploring and learning more about science, technology, engineering, art, and math via an engaging activity or craft. Supplies will be provided. Recommended for ages 5 - 12.
