Its Origin and How to Make a Piece of Art Based on Kente Patterns

Whether you’re a seasoned stitcher or just picking up your first pair of needles, our club is the perfect place to connect, create, and unwind.

Adults 16+ Come join us in making beads out of paper. There will be a short introduction to the history of the beads and their uses, and then you will learn different methods to create different styles of beads.

ODMHSAS will be talking about conversations we can/need to have with loved ones who are depressed and may be contemplating suicide. They will be providing suggestions for the words we can use and resources we can refer.

Prepare for your citizenship exam with The Opportunities Industrialization Center of Oklahoma County (OIC). This class requires participants to be able to speak and understand conversational English as well as have some English writing skills.

Community agencies focusing on wellness will host a table with information about their services.
