Join us for Storytime at the Midwest City Library! Skilled librarians will introduce little ones to the library and share valuable information about reading readiness with parents and caregivers.

Children up to the age of 18 years can receive a free, nutritious meal and snack every Monday and Friday from June 2 - July 28 (except July 4). 

Children ages 1-18 are invited to enjoy a meal from 12-1:30 p.m. at Ralph Ellison Library.

Meals are provided by Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Summer Feeding Program.

Get ready to add a splash of color to your summer! Join us for Chalk the Walk, a fun-filled outdoor art event where kids can let their imaginations run wild and decorate the library sidewalks with vibrant chalk masterpieces.

Participants will learn how to mend holes in clothing using stitches meant to be seen. Bring one woven (non-stretchy) item with you to mend, like a pair of jeans with a hole. 

Enjoy stories, songs, rhymes, games, and activities that encourage language development and promote positive attitudes about reading and learning!
