Join us for After School Art Hour at the Midwest City Library! Connect with other children and caregivers while kiddos create masterpieces. Supplies will be provided by the library. Be aware, this could get messy!

Do you want to be one of the best Pokémon trainers? Come meet other fans and bring your Pokémon cards to partake in some old school card trading and battling among other Pokémon-related activities.

Join us every week for Tots Thursdays! Each week is filled with exciting activities designed to stimulate your child’s development while having a blast! Every month, we rotate through four themes:

Come for the lemonade, stay for the games, crafts, and activities! We'll bring out our Nintendo Switch and compete in Mario Kart tournaments, play Exploding Kittens, do puzzles together, and more!

For teens in grades 6 - 12.

Teens, join us and make your own fidget spinner from epoxy resin! Participants will need to return after 24 hours to pick up their finished craft.

Join us for a special teens & tweens art night that can include your VIP adult! Professional librarians will provide you with all the resources you need to learn some new skills and create a project or two of your own.

Let your imagination soar at our toddler art time! We will use an assortment of odds and ends to create our very own works of art. A librarian will be on hand to provide you with all the resources you need to spread your artistic wings!

Do you enjoy knitting, crocheting or any other type of fiber arts? Then come join us every third Saturday of the month.

Join us in the Children’s Area as we read a story together and make a fun craft inspired by a book! This drop-in program is perfect for families with young children who love stories, creativity, and quality time.

Calling all teen readers! Join us at the Choctaw Library for Teen Homeschool Hangout! Make crafts, play games, discover new books, and socialize with kids your own age.

Stop by and make a "magical" shrinking ornament, gift, or whatever you can dream up! Shrinky dinks aren't magic, they're science, but this activity will add a little magic to the season and a little fun to your day.

Join artist Alex Meyers for a watercolor workshop where you'll create a stunning holiday ornament using the ink & wash technique—a beginner-friendly style that combines loose, fluid watercolor washes with details defined in ink.

Gather with other teens in an open and welcoming after-school space where everyone is free to be who they are. We will share experiences and do fun activities including small crafts.

Bring your own project and materials and knit, crochet, or sew your way through the afternoon with members of the community who share your enthusiasm for crafts. All types of fiber arts welcome!

Calling all young readers! Join us as we discover new books, play games, make crafts, and more! Books clubs are an excellent way for children to develop language and conversation skills, solve problems, and make new friends.

Join us on the fourth Saturday of each month to complete a LEGO challenge. All LEGO's will be provided.

Are you an adult who enjoys coloring? Have a nice social visit with other adults and bring your coloring supplies! We will also have some coloring sheets and art supplies available.
