Fall is the perfect time of year to plant perennials, ground covers, shrubs, and trees. Julia Laughlin, Oklahoma County Horticulturalist, will showcase some of the most beautiful water-wise plant selections that thrive here in Central Oklahoma, and give you proven strategies to help reduce your irrigation output.
