Let the stress of the day melt away by joining us for sunset yoga. This class is a combination of meditation and gentle, restorative movements. No prior yoga experience is necessary. 

Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

The Fresh Start program offers free, hands-on nutrition education for adults and families with limited resources.

Bring your own project and materials and knit, crochet, or sew your way through the afternoon with members of the community who share your enthusiasm for crafts. All types of fiber arts welcome!

Exercise while having fun! Let's learn to line dance at the library. Enjoy a social activity, and get great exercise. No experience necessary. Please wear comfortable shoes.
