SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls.
Create your own mini magazine! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make a zine (short for magazine) — a small, handmade publication all about whatever you want.
Take a break! Join us to meet new friends or spend time as a family playing together. Playing tabletop games helps to build skills such as: problem solving, teamwork, spatial reasoning, and communication.
Improve your English in this class made possible by Community Literacy Centers. This intermediate level class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00-7:00pm.
