Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss class for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet for eight weeks. The goal of the class is for everyone to lose 5% of their body weight and become more active.

Receive and learn how to use a set of free educational toys for your 3-4 year old. The Early Birds program can help with early childhood education and school readiness for children under the age of 5.

This 6 week interactive class works with parents to build a toolbox full of education, tips, tricks, and strategies for supportive parenting.
